Meet Father Isaac, the Prior of Abbey De Koningshoeven in the Netherlands. The Prior is the second in charge of the abbey & is director of the brewery. Father Isaac will be making his first-ever stop in America right here at Monk's Café. Gisj Swinkels, the layman in charge of brewing operations will also be on hand.
